I am a California native,with my studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I specialize in painting realistic urban landscapes in both watercolor and fluid acrylics.

W hile attending the Glassell School of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas in the early ninetiesI fell in love with the water based medium .

My urban landscape subjects are captured as I travel throughout the cities and towns in America and Europe with camera in hand to photograph the
buildings and structures that depict the past and present periods I findso stimulating to paint.

My 15 year background in Graphic Design and Advertising has given me a well
trained eye in seeing the images that convey deep shadows, reflected light and
clean, strong colors that are characteristic of my paintings.
